Only 1 year til NIPUN dealine. Let's work together to make it possible

Join us in the 4th edition of the Leadership Circle, where grassroots NGOs, State Government representatives, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) heads unite as an army against illiteracy. Together, we pledge actionable commitments to achieve the NIPUN Bharat Mission ahead of its deadline.
Over the past editions, states such as Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, Sikkim, and more have come, learned, and returned empowered to implement ALfA's rapid FLN pedagogy, transforming classrooms and communities alike.

Leadership Circles have been transformative in aligning our literacy missions with impactful execution.

The pedagogy introduced here has been a game-changer in accelerating learning outcomes.

Being a part of Leadership Circle means being part of the solution for India’s FLN crisis.

We witnessed firsthand the power of community-driven literacy through this initiative.

This is where action meets commitment for the betterment of education.

ALfA is a facilitator for NIPUN. It is a time bound spread for NIPUN across India.

We are implementing ALfA in a research design format and looking at the results, we will scale up strategically by training teachers of the whole block and then to more blocks or at the district level.

The Schools implementing ALfA in Barabanki have shown visible positive results not only for students but also for teacher motivation. The known to unknown aspect of the ALfA pedagogy is worth praising.

Children in my class are learning so much faster with ALfA methods than they were learning from the traditional ways. Increased interest of students has also increased attendance in class.

When any program is being implemented in such diverse geographies as different as Nagaland and Uttar Pradesh, ALfA has been broken upto the last level in such a format that it is easily understandable at all levels and is scalable.

ALfA can bridge the FLN Gap and empower our children withthe tools they need to succeed. My best wishes to DEVI Sansthan for hosting Leadership Circle and I hope there is more shared commitment towards accelerating FLN.

Its a totally new learning process and expirience. We will identify schools in most need and will implement this pedagogy. I am confident, this will make a big difference in our state.

ALfA Program by DEVI Sansthan to fast track and achieve NIPUN Lakshyas is commendable. I would also like to appreciate and congratulate DEVI for bringing different stakeholders together to collaborate for a unified cause.
Leadership Circles brought together leaders from across sectors - government, NGOs & CSR - and from diverse geographies both within India and abroad.

The ALfA pedagogy is spreading rapidly throughout India, particularly in aspirational districts of many states. DEVI also has state-wide MOUs with Himachal Pradesh and Jammu division of J&K.
